therefore, once the ingredients are mixed, take the dough out of the Thermomix bowl, form a ball of dough and wrap it completely in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
When the recommended time has passed, remove the dough from the refrigerator and with the help of a rolling pin, stretch the dough on the work table previously sprinkled with flour on the surface, stretch the dough forming a rectangle 1 centimeter thick.
