Ingredients

260 grams of blood sausage without skin
760 grams of milk
170 grams of butter
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
170 grams of flour
Egg
Oil for frying
Bread crumbs

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Add the blood sausage and butter to the glass. Program a
speed 1 / 100º / 3 minutes.
Then, pour in the flour and program at
speed 1 / 100º / 2 minutes.
Add salt and pepper. Through the nozzle you must add the milk while the robot works at
speed 1 ½ / 100º / 20 minutes.
Pour the contents of the glass into a bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator. When you see that the dough is already cold, take it out and make the croquettes with it, with the help of two spoons.
