Preparation

4. After 10 minutes, let stand for a few more minutes.
5. When the spinach sauce is at a lower temperature, add the ricotta cheese and the two tablespoons of fresh cream, if you want add a little more salt and pepper, program.
6. 30 seconds / Speed ​​1.
7. On the other hand, spread the puff pastry on the previously floured table and form a square, pour the spinach cream filling on one side and fold to form a small package.
8. If you like it and have better craft skills, cut strips of dough on each side of the filling and fold the ends together and cross the dough strips over each other to form a braid.
9. Before baking, place the cake on a baking tray and place a piece of parchment paper or parchment paper on it.
