Ingredients
- 200 grams of oxtail already shredded
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
- 40 grams of butter
- 1 egg
- 40 grams of flour
- 55 grams of onion already poached
- 152 grams of breadcrumbs
- 500 grams of milk
- Oil for frying
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
- Add the butter to the glass and program to
- speed 1 / 100º / 3 minutes.
- Then add the flour and program at
- speed 1 / 100º / 3 minutes.
- Add the milk and put the robot to work
- speed 4 / 100º / 6 minutes.
- When in the previous step there are two minutes to finish, add the salt, pepper and nutmeg as well as the onion. Also, when there are 30 seconds to go, throw in half the oxtail.
