To make four servings you need to have the following ingredients:
200 grams of peeled prawns.
1 egg white.
50 grams of cornstarch.
800 grams of water.
Salt to taste.
Olive oil for frying.

Preparation of prawn balls with the Thermomix

When you have managed to buy all these products, it is time to follow the instructions:
Pour both the prawns and the egg white, salt and cornstarch into the food processor glass.
Schedule that to speed 4 for about 5 seconds.
The resulting mass will then have to be used to make balls with it.
You will have to wrap each of these in transparent plastic wrap, making them knotted at the top.
