Ingredients
- 6 boiled eggs
- 1 garlic
- Salt and sweet paprika to taste
- 410 grams of cooked chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon tahini sauce
- 50 grams of water
- 60 grams of olive oil
- 20 grams of lemon juice
- 210 grams of roasted peppers in strips
- 200 grams of avocado
- 210 grams of cooked beet
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow these steps:
- Add the garlic, water, chickpeas, tahini sauce, lemon juice, oil and salt to the glass. Program a
- progressive speed 5-10 / 1 minute.
- Reserve the hummus.
- Add about 190 grams of the reserved hummus as well as the avocado. Program a
- speed 10/30 seconds.
- Set aside and wash the glass.
- Add the peppers to the glass and another 170 grams of reserved hummus as well as the paprika. Program a
- speed 10/30 seconds.
- Reserve and wash the glass.
- Finally, pour the remaining hummus and the beets into the glass. Program a
