Ingredients

  • 6 boiled eggs
  • 1 garlic
  • Salt and sweet paprika to taste
  • 410 grams of cooked chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon tahini sauce
  • 50 grams of water
  • 60 grams of olive oil
  • 20 grams of lemon juice
  • 210 grams of roasted peppers in strips
  • 200 grams of avocado
  • 210 grams of cooked beet

Preparation

  1. When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow these steps:
  2. Add the garlic, water, chickpeas, tahini sauce, lemon juice, oil and salt to the glass. Program a
  3. progressive speed 5-10 / 1 minute.
  4. Reserve the hummus.
  5. Add about 190 grams of the reserved hummus as well as the avocado. Program a
  6. speed 10/30 seconds.
  7. Set aside and wash the glass.
  8. Add the peppers to the glass and another 170 grams of reserved hummus as well as the paprika. Program a

  13. Peel the eggs, cut them in half, remove the yolks and reserve these.
