Ingredients
24 mussels clean and without shells
1 kilo of potatoes peeled, washed and sliced
3 medium garlic
Salt to taste
2 eggs
100 grams of cider
100 grams of olive oil
1 strand of saffron
Parsley to taste
1 onion, quartered
500 grams of poultry broth
20 grams of flour
Oil for frying
Preparation
When you have all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Add the parsley, saffron, garlic and cider into the glass of the robot. Program a
speed 5/10 seconds.
Reservation.
Add the onion and the remaining two garlic to the glass. Program a
speed 4/4 seconds.
With the help of a spatula, lower the remains of the walls and add the oil. Program a
