1 zucchini peeled and sliced
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Grated cheese
1 beaten egg
Bread crumbs
oregano to taste

Preparation of battered zucchini with air fryer – air fryer

Once you have all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add salt to the zucchini as well as pepper and see passing its slices through beaten egg and then through breadcrumbs.
Put parchment paper in the fryer pan and place the slices there. Program the fryer to
175º / 10 minutes.
In the previous step, around minute 6, turn the slices over and add both oregano and cheese.
