Ingredients of Black Fideua with GM pot
- 300 grams thick noodles
- 400 grams of fish broth or water
- 70 grams oil
- 10 prawns
- 300 grams mussels
- 200 grams clams
- 2 medium squid
- Best natural squid ink
- 1 onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons fried tomato
- 1 fish stock tablet (if we use water instead of fumet)
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation of Black Fideua with GM pot
- we put the pot in scale mode and we put the oil we put the function fry
- 10 minutes / 200ºC /
- and wait for the oil to heat up (about 5 minutes)
- put the prawns in the oil and give it a few turns with a wooden spoon
- Once the prawns are marked, we take them out and reserve them.
- we put to fry the onion that we have previously started
- when the onion begins to take color, we add the squid also cut into pieces and 3 tablespoons of fried tomato

- add the ink and a stock cube and stir carefully again until all the ingredients are perfectly black with the ink
- add the water (to cover the noodles) and the prawns, mussels, clams
- we put salt to taste we cover
- 8 minutes /130ºC / stew mode
