Ingredients
- 320 grams of cauliflower
- 520 grams of mussels already cleaned
- 40 grams of celery
- 210 grams of cream
- 120 grams of onion
- 35 grams of olive oil
- 310 grams of water
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 35 grams of butter
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- 270 grams of chopped potatoes
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
- Add the butter, the onion, the celery and the oil to the glass of the robot. Program a
- speed 5/4 seconds.
- Then reprogram to
- speed 1 / 120º / 8 minutes.
- Then add the salt, water, cauliflower, potato and pepper to the glass. Program a
