Ingredients
1 kilo of pork loin in one piece
1.5 kilos of coarse salt
1 teaspoon of paprika
152 grams of olive oil
6 garlic
1 liter of water
1 teaspoon dried thyme
13 sprigs of fresh thyme
510 grams of garnish potatoes washed
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Pour the oil and garlic into the glass of the robot. Program a
speed 7/5 seconds.
Then reprogram to
speed 1 / 120º / 8 minutes.
Add the dried thyme and paprika to the glass. Program a
speed 3/10 seconds.
Reservation.
The next step will be to place the fresh thyme on top of the piece of loin, then tie it to that with string to cook. Reserve it.
Pour the water into the glass and put the potatoes in the basket. Put the robot to work
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 8 minutes.
