Philadelphia Cheesecake with Thermomix
One of the cheesecakes you have seen most among the many that exist is the Philadelphia cheesecake. It is the most viewed for a reason it is the easiest to do, it takes very little and is very good.

Ingredients
- 250 grams of Philadelphia Cheese
- 150 grams of sugar
- 250 grams of milk
- 250 ml of whipping cream
- 2 curd envelopes
- For the base:
- 150 grams of cookies
- 40 grams of butter
Instructions
- We start our recipe by putting the cookies and butter and pulverize to make the base of our cake 10 seconds / speed 6
- We put a container where our cake will go, we spread it with a little butter and put the crushed cookie on the base, with our hand we press a little to compact the base
- We put the sugar in our thermomix glass and spraying 8 seconds / speed 10
- With the help of the spatula we lower the sugar attached to the sides of our kitchen robot
- Add the rest of the ingredients, milk, cream, Philadelphia cheese and curd sachets and program 10 minutes / 90º C / speed 4
- We put our contents in a container and let it cool in the fridge for a few hours we can put the jam you like on top
