Petit suisse or strawberry danoninos with thermomix
When I was little they were my favorite desserts, they were called petit suisse at that time, now they are called danoninos but it is the same product, strawberry, chocolate, banana, etc.
Today we go with the strawberry flavor.

Ingredients
- A pot of fresh cheese (philadelphia type)
- Milk (250 ml)
- Kill to mount (200 ml)
- Strawberries (400 grams)
- Sugar (one hundred grams)
- An envelope of gelatin (neutral, but can be to taste)
Instructions
- We wash the strawberries and cut them and put in the glass of our thermomix, crush 2 minutes / Speed 10.
- We reserve We place the milk in the thermomix and program 3 minutes / 5 0ºC / speed 2
- Next, we add the rest of the ingredients and, at the same speed and temperature, we program 3 minutes / 50ºC / Speed 2
- We distribute in small glasses and let cool. Then, reserve in the fridge for half an hour.
And you have prepared a rich petit suisse for any time of the day, especially for the snack of the little ones.
