Rice with milk cake with Thermomix

Instructions

1. We put the cinnamon cookies in our glass of thermomix (if we do not have it we can do it with cookies maría and we put ground cinnamon) and we grind the cookies 5 seconds / progressive speed 8-10
2. We add 100 grams of cold butter and stir well 15 seconds / speed 6
3. We take a removable cake mold of about 24 - 26 cm we line it well, we put the base cookie dough well and strong and we put it into the refrigerator.
4. Without washing our thermomix glass, we put milk, rice, cinnamon sticks and lemon peel inside and program 45 minutes / 90ºC / speed 1 / left turn.
5. When we finish we remove the lemon peel and the cinnamon sticks. We add the sugar, the cream and 50 grams of butter, the trickle of anise and the curd sachets and mix everything 5 seconds / speed 4
6. When we finished mixing, we programmed 10 minutes / 90ºC / speed 2
7. Carefully pour the contents of our glass of thermomix on top of the cookies that we had stored in the refrigerator and cover it with plastic wrap. We let it temper at room temperature and then put it back in the refrigerator, for at least 6 hours. Before eating sprinkle with ground cinnamon generously over our cake will be ready.
