Liquid banana and strawberry yogurt with thermomix

Instructions

1. To start we put in our thermomix glass the sugar and the washed strawberries and the banana cut into pieces and

3. Then we program again 10 minutes / 100ºC / speed 2
4. This will kill any type of fruit bacteria
5. Add the liter of milk, the Greek yogurt and program 5 minutes / 50ºC / speed 4
6. Without taking our yogurt preparation from the thermomix, we will heat the glass to make yogurt (a good way is to
7. wrap the thermomix glass closed in a blanket) and let it rest for 10 hours and heat (do this process at night is a
8. good moment)
