22 grams of olive oil
12 grams of fresh and pressed yeast
1 teaspoon dried oregano
162 grams of water
155 grams of sifted tomato
fresh basil leaves
12 grams of honey
2 balls of fresh mozzarella
A teaspoon of salt
252 grams of strong flour
Preparation of Neapolitan Pizza with Thermomix
When you have gathered all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add the yeast, the water and the honey to the Thermomix bowl. program to
speed 2 / 37º / 2 minutes.
Then, add half a teaspoon of salt and the flour. program to
spike speed / 2 minutes.
The next step will be to make a ball with the dough you have in the glass. Let it sit for half an hour.
Add the tomato, the oil, another half teaspoon of salt and the oregano to the glass. Start the robot at
