When you have gathered all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add a little salt to the hake and spray a little olive oil on top. Put the fish in the fryer and keep it there
200º / 10 minutes.
On the other hand, in a pot add the tablespoons of oil and the minced garlic. Heat until the garlic is golden, at which point you will add the flour and move everything to mix well.
Next, pour the wine into the pot and leave it for two minutes for the alcohol to evaporate. Then, add the broth, a little salt and the chopped parsley. Let it cook for about 9 minutes.
