Mushroom cream with wine cheeses with thermomix

Preparation of cream of mushrooms with cheeses in wine with thermomix

1. First, we clean the mushrooms and clean and cut the leek into pieces

10. Once chopped, add the chopped mushrooms from our bowl, add the oil, salt, thyme, rosemary and black pepper (a pinch of each spice) and program
11. 7 minutes / varoma temperature / speed 1
12. through the mouth add the white wine and program again
13. 6 minutes / varoma temperature / speed 1
14. finished the time we add the chicken broth through the mouth and we return to program
15. 10 minutes / varoma temperature / speed 1
16. when finished, finally we add the cheeses and we program
17. 1 minute / progressive speed 5-7-9
18. we will make our vegetables a fine puree that we will put in a bowl and ready to eat
19. we can put on top or some cubes of turkey or ham or some bread croutons
