- 250 grams of noodles for fideuá
- 200 grams Prawns
- 80 grams of mushrooms
- 750 grams fish broth
- 1 small onion
- 1 dry pepper
- ½ tomato
- 1 carrot
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon of sweet and sour paprika
- 45 grams extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
