to start our recipe we put the butterfly on the blades of our thermomix
Add the very cold cream and mount
no time / speed 3.5 to desired consistency
We remove the whipped cream and reserve in a bowl
with the butterfly on we put the condensed milk, cocoa and mix
45 seconds / speed 3
We remove the mixture and we add it in the bowl to our whipped cream and we stir everything and put in a rectangular mold (type ice cream cut)
we put for 5 or 6 hours in the freezer
after that time we unmold the ice cream and cut it into a square placing a cookie cutter on each side
