Preparation of dark chocolate ice cream with Thermomix

1. The first thing we are going to create icing sugar by pulverizing the sugar, we put it in our thermomix and program
2. 7 seconds / speed 10
3. add the dark chocolate leaving a couple of ounces for the final decoration and program
4. 5 seconds / speed 10
5. We add the milk and the eggs and we return to program
6. 7 minutes / 90ºC / speed 5
7. add the cream and mix everything
8. 10 seconds / progressive speed 5-10
9. We put it in a bowl
10. we take the 2 ounces of dark chocolate that we had reserved and we make them very small pieces to mix with the ice cream, we can make it with a knife to the size that we like and then with a spoon mix it with the ice cream
11. we cover it with plastic wrap so that ice does not form on top of our ice cream and we put a minimum of 6 hours in the freezer
