Ingredients
Base
- 150 g brown sugar
- 450 g pastry flour
- 300 g unsalted butter, diced
Candy
- 100 grams unsalted butter
- 40 grams Golden Syrup
- 75 grams brown sugar
- 200 grams condensed milk
Chocolate
- 250 grams pure chocolate
Preparation
- we start with the base
- To start our recipe we pulverize the sugar, put the sugar in the Thermomix bowl and program
- 5 seconds / Speed 10
- Add the butter and flour and mix
- 30 seconds / 50ºC / Speed 4
- We put the contents on a baking tray of a size similar to this (30 by 22) and bake
- 200ºC for 15 minutes (until lightly golden)
- When the base has cooled, put all the caramel ingredients in the Thermomix bowl and program
- 25 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed 2
- we put everything on top of our base on the tray
- Wait for the caramel to cool and put the chocolate in the Thermomix bowl.
- we put the chocolate into pieces and chop
- 5 seconds / Speed 6
- Use the spatula to lower the walls and program
- 4 minutes / 37ºC / Speed 3
- Pour the chocolate on top of the caramel and wait for it to cool, cut into small squares and ready to eat
