I love liquid yogurts, in summer I love to have breakfast or snack with them, they are a vice, and since I have the thermomix, I make my own liquid yogurts

here I leave you a pineapple that is simply delicious

Ingredients of liquid pineapple yogurt with thermomix

1200 ml. whole milk
200 grams of fresh pineapple
30 grams of grated coconut
125 grams plain yogurt
80 grams of sugar

Preparation of liquid pineapple yogurt with thermomix

To start our liquid yogurt we put 400 ml of milk and grated coconut in our Thermomix bowl and program
6 minutes / 90ºC / speed 1
After some time we crush the coconut so we reprogram
1 minute / progressive speed 8-9-10
strain the milk and reserve
We clean the glass and add again the strained coconut milk, the rest of the milk, the natural yogurt and program
5 minutes / 50ºC / speed 3
we put the content in a bottle that we close hermetically and cover with kitchen towels and put in the oven (without lighting) just to ferment for about 8 hours
