Ingredients of gluten-free mantecados with thermomix

- the next step we are going to crush the almonds for which we put the almonds in our glass and do the same operation
- 20 seconds / speed 10
- until we see that the almonds have been made into flour
- we add the flour that we had bought special for celiacs and stir everything for a few seconds for which we programmed
