Preparation of white chocolate and pistachio brownies

1. Preheat the oven to 180º.
2. Pour the sugar and eggs into the glass and program

4. Remove from the glass and reserve in a bowl.
5. Put the butter and the chopped chocolate inside the glass and program
6. 3 minutes, 50º, speed 1.
7. (If there are any pieces of chocolate left, program a few more seconds in
8. speed 2).
9. Add the reserved eggs, sifted flour and yeast and program
10. 6 seconds, speed 2.
11. Incorporate the pistachios and finish mixing with the spatula with encircling movements so that the dough does not lose air.
12. Pour the mixture into a low rectangular mold, approximately 27 x 18 cm, previously greased or lined with baking paper.
13. Bake for 20 minutes.
