For the lemon cream:
6 lemons
375 grams of sugar
130 grams of butter
3 tablespoons cornstarch
5 eggs
For the Quark cream:
300 grams of cream
400 grams of cottage cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Besides:
20 grams of meringue
Preparation of lemon cream and meringue with Thermomix
we will start by putting the sugar in our Thermomix bowl and we will crush it to obtain Glass sugar, for this we put the sugar in the glass and crush

put it in a bowl and reserve
put the butter in the glass and melt it
5 minutes / 80 °C / speed 1
We wash the lemons well and grate the skin on one side (we only keep the yellow part) and squeeze them to get the juice on the other side
We take 250 G of lemon juice, 350 G of Glass sugar that we had reserved, put the eggs and cornstarch and program
8 minutes / 90 °C / speed 1
put the lemon curd in sterilized jars and let them cool
On the other hand, we wash our Thermomix bowl well and proceed to the quark cream
We put the butterfly and add the cream in the glass (that is very cold) and beat at speed 3 until it is with a firm consistency
add the cottage cheese, 50 G of icing sugar and two tablespoons of lemon juice and mix everything well

Finally, fill the glasses alternately with the Quart cream, the lemon cream and the meringue and store for a few hours in the refrigerator.
