Ingredients
for the base
- 150 grams of Maria cookies
- 50 grams of butter
For the pie filling
- 20 grams curd
- 180 grams of soft nougat
- 450 grams of cream
- 75 grams of condensed milk
- 150 grams of milk
Preparation
Base preparation
- The first thing we will do is crush the cookies, we put them in our thermomix and program
- 20 seconds / progressive speed 8-9-10
- with the spatula we lower the remains stuck to the sides
- then we add the butter at room temperature
- 3 minutes / 50ºC / speed 3
- In a circular mold we put the cookie with the butter in the bottom and we press it with the hand or the help of a spoon
- Once you are brown, we put it in the fridge for 1/2 hour to thicken
Preparation of the filling
- We put the soft nougat and the curd envelope in our Thermomix bowl and program
- 10 seconds / speed 8
- add the milk, condensed milk and cream
- 12 minutes / 100ºC / speed 3
- We put the mixture in the mold on top of the cookies and put in the refrigerator for 8 hours
- We can put crushed or crunchy biscuit on top
