- 1 egg
- 125 grams of butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 255 grams of pastry flour
- 34 grams of sugar
- For the cream:
- a pinch of salt
- The whites and yolks of 5 eggs
- 105 grams of icing sugar
- 1 kilo of ricotta cheese
- 254 grams of sunflower oil
- 605 grams of milk
- 2 sachets of powdered custard mix
- 254 grams of sugar
Preparation of custard and meringue cheesecake with Thermomix
- When you have gathered those ingredients, follow these steps:
- Add all the ingredients for the base to the robot glass. program to
- spike speed / 50 seconds.
- The resulting mass takes it out of the glass and, with a rolling pin, spread it out. Then, cover with it the inside of a mold, previously greased. Booking.
