Ingredients
For the hamburger:
450 grams of lamb meat chopped and without bones
80 grams of onion
2 large garlic
Salt and ground pepper to taste
1 large egg
2 sprigs of fresh parsley
Half a teaspoon of mustard
55 grams of breadcrumbs
Half a teaspoon of ground coriander seeds
For the sauce:
1 natural yogurt
Salt, cumin and ground pepper to taste
1 large garlic
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 sprigs of fresh mint
Preparation
When you have gathered the aforementioned ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
To prepare the sauce, add the mint and peeled garlic to the glass of the robot. Program a
speed 7/3 seconds.
Then, add the rest of the sauce ingredients and program to
speed 3/10 seconds.
Reservation.
For the hamburgers, add the peeled garlic to the glass and start the robot at
speed 7/3 seconds.
Then add the parsley and onion. Program a

Then add the egg, half the meat, the coriander, the bread and the mustard to the glass. Program a
