Japanese Style Milk Breads in Air Fryer
🌾 25 g wheat flour
🥛 125 ml milk

Mix flour and milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat until thickened.
Let cool to room temperature before using.
Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast (the salt separated from the yeast).
Duck egg, milk and tangzhongand knead until you obtain a soft dough.
