Hamburger bun ingredients with thermomix
To make the bread that concerns us, it is essential that you gather the following products in your kitchen:
510 grams of strength flour.
250 grams of milk.
50 grams of butter.
25 grams of yeast fresh.
Sesame seeds.
4 small spoonfuls of sugar.
2 small tablespoons of salt.
1 small tablespoon of honey.
Preparation of hamburger bun with thermomix
Once you have managed to acquire all the products, follow these instructions:
Pour the milk into the robot’s glass and program the robot to speed 1 and temperature 37º for about 2 minutes.
Next, add the yeast and program speed 4 for 4 seconds.
Also add the sugar, butter, honey, salt and flour to the glass. In this case you will have to start the Thermomix at spike speed for 5 minutes.
You will have to pour the resulting mixture into a bowl, cover it with transparent plastic wrap and let it rest for a few hours.
Then, cut the dough into portions and make each of those into a ball and then flatten it until you get a circle.
You will have to brush each ball with a little water and then you will have to sprinkle a few sesame seeds on top.
Let them rest for at least half an hour, covering them as we did in a previous step.
Place the balls in the oven, previously preheated to about 180º, and leave them for a quarter of an hour at that same temperature.
