For the mass:
500 grams of flour
20 grams of yeast
40 grams of extra virgin olive oil
280 grams of water
10 grams of salt
25 grams of honey or molasses

Preparation of breadsticks with thermomix

Let’s start the preparation of this dough, adding the flour and salt to the Thermomix bowl and program.

Then add the yeast together with the honey, oil and water, program.

As a result you will get a soft and elastic dough. Remove from the glass and place on a greased bowl. Flatten with your hands, form a rectangle and let stand for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, place non-stick paper sheets on 2 baking trays and preheat oven to 200°C.
