- 12 grams of fresh yeast
- 175 grams of sugar
- 100 grams of water
- 5 grams of anise
- 3 eggs
- 1 cinnamon stick
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Preparation of sweet Bolla with thermomix
- To begin the preparation of this delicious recipe for sweet dough with thermomix, boil the water in the thermomix glass, add to the orange peel, the 5 grams of anise and the cinnamon stick, cover and program.

- Again let stand for 5 minutes.
- Once again we make a last kneading, program.

- It will be an elastic and homogeneous dough, pour it into a greased and covered bowl until it doubles its volume.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 130°C.
- When the rest time of the dough has passed and it has doubled its volume, form balls, place them in a greased baking dish or on non-stick paper, brush the balls with beaten egg and decorate with moistened sugar.
- Bake for 15 minutes and after these first 15 minutes, increase the temperature to 150°C, and bake another 10 minutes.
- At the end of cooking, let cool and ready.
