Ingredients
- 70 grams of butter
- 560 grams of flour
- The zest of a lemon
- 250 grams of natural yogurt
- 25 grams of fresh yeast
- 125 grams of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of liquid vanilla
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 50 grams of invert sugar
- Water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Jam of the flavor you prefer
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
- Put the butterfly on the blades.
- Add the egg, the yogurt, the yeast, the liquid vanilla, the butter, the grated, the invert sugar and the sugar to the glass of the robot. Program a
- speed 3/30 seconds.
- Remove the butterfly.
- Add the flour and program at
- speed 3/30 seconds.
- Then, put the Thermomix back to work at
- spike speed / 7 minutes.
- Make a ball with the contents of the glass, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for two to three hours.
- After that time, make a cylinder with the dough and cut it into about ten to twelve pieces.
- Roll each piece into a ball, then roll it out with a rolling pin. In one of its corners, add the jam and then close the dough giving it the shape of a dumpling. For it to stick well you can hit it with a brush with the result of diluting the cornstarch in water.
- Make a few cuts to each piece and roll it up.
- Place all the pieces on a baking tray with parchment paper already placed and brush them with the egg yolks.
- Put the tray in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 27 minutes at 180º heat up and down.
