Panini ingredients with thermomix
- 2 ciabatta breads or a rosette(it can be a baguette)
- ½Kg.crushed natural tomato.
- 1 garlic.
- ¼cup of olive oil.
- 1 small onion.
- 1 teaspoon of sugar.
- Salt,pepper and oregano to taste
- 150 grams of bacon cut into thin strips
- 100 grams of mozzarella cheese
Preparation of paninis with thermomix
- In a very hot frying pan,fry the thin strips of bacon until they are golden and crispy,remove from the heat and place them on a plate with absorbent paper,reserve.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In the glass of the Thermomix crush the onion chopped into pieces and the garlic.
- 5 seconds/speed 4.
- Then add the olive oil
- 5 minutes/varoma temperature/speed 1.
- Immediately Add the tomato,sugar,salt,pepper and oregano,program
- 30 minutes/Temperature 100°/speed 2.
- Open the loaves in half(if it is a baguette,chop into individual portions and open in halves),then arrange the halves of bread on a plate or tray suitable for the oven.
- Apply a generous amount of the tomato sauce to each half,also add bacon.
- And the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve in individual plates accompanied by a side of potato chips and sprinkle a little more oregano and voila!a delicious homemade Italian Panini.
