Ingredients
1000 grams of pork cheeks
60 grams of honey
2 garlic
1 onion
130 grams of leek (only the white part)
100 grams of red wine
25 grams of Modena balsamic vinegar
70 grams extra virgin olive oil
3 or 4 potatoes
2 bay leaves
Thyme, rosemary (a few sprigs)
Sweet vera paprika (to sprinkle)
Virgin olive oil (for dusting)
Salt and black pepper
Preparation
