on some occasion we have made the recipe for shredded meat with thermomix, this time we bring a similar recipe but applying it with the chicken, for which we will use chicken breasts

Ingredients of shredded chicken with thermomix

2 chicken breasts
600 grams of meat broth
150 grams onion
150 grams of red pepper
400 grams crushed tomato
2 cloves of garlic
parsley

Preparation of shredded chicken with thermomix

To start our recipe we put the tomato, garlic, parsley, onion and pepper in our Thermomix bowl and grind everything
4 seconds / speed 4
We put the chicken breast inside the basket and add the meat broth (if we don’t have it, put water) and program
15 minutes / varoma temperature / speed 1
we take out the breast and we dismember it putting it in threads to our liking and we put the breast again in our tehrmomix glass and we program
30 seconds / left turn / speed 4
