Ingredients of Grouper Loin with salmon roe with thermomix
2 grouper loin fillets
50 grams salmon roe
50 grams of peeled and lightly toasted almonds
2 medium fresh onions
1 sprigs fresh chives
250 grams extra virgin olive oil
50 grams vinegar
4 ripe tomatoes, skinned and seeded
50 grams sugar
Salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste
Preparation of Grouper Loin with salmon roe with thermomix
If you don’t have toasted almonds, place them in a skillet over medium heat and toast them in the same, for 10 minutes or until they turn a light golden color.
Add the toasted almonds in the glass of the thermomix to crush them, program.

Remove from the Thermomix bowl and reserve in a dry container.
