We will divide the preparation of this recipe into parts, we start with the Cake, to do this, place the butterfly on the blades of the thermomix glass, then add the eggs together with the sugar and salt, program.
5 minutes / Temperature 37° / Speed 3.
After the programmed time, add the flour together with the vanilla and the Royal yeast, program.
12 seconds / Speed 2.
When the cake mixture is ready, remove the butterfly and continue mixing gently with a spatula.
Then pour the mixture into a lightly greased tart tin covered with non-stick paper and bake for 15 minutes at 150°C.
Once the cake is ready, turn off the oven, remove the tray, let it cool.
Meanwhile proceed to the preparation of the Nutella Ice Cream, to do this start by crushing the hazelnuts together with the sugar in the thermomix glass, program

Remove the crushed hazelnuts from the thermomix glass and reserve.
To continue, pour the cream that is cold in the glass of the thermomix and program.

When the cream has doubled its volume, pour into a bowl and reserve in the refrigerator.
Back in the glass of the thermomix, clean and dry, add granulated sugar together with the hazelnuts and the chocolates and program.

Once the programmed time has elapsed, pour into a bowl and let stand until reaching room temperature.
When the mixture is cold, gently add the cold cream, stir slowly. Cover and freeze. Check the consistency of the ice cream every half hour until it is quite cold.
Meanwhile, prepare a syrup with 75 ml of water and 50 grams of sugar, pour into the thermomix glass and program.

When all the preparations are ready, pour the Nutella ice cream over the cake, covering well. We smooth so that it is homogeneous and put in the freezer for a few hours until it is frozen.
