1. We put the cream in our thermomix glass
2. 4 minutes / 90°C / speed 2
3. break the chocolate into pieces and put it in the glass
4. 15 seconds / speed 6
5. with spatula
6. Add the chopped chocolate V6, until it is well crushed. Lower with the spatula towards the blades.
7. Add the whiskey (we can remove this step if we don’t want them with alcohol)
8. 10 seconds / speed 6
9. put the mixture in the freezer
10. when it is solid we make the truffle balls, we coat them with chocolate noodles
11. We put them in the freezer until consumed
