Ingredients for frozen truffles with thermomix
- 100 grams of whipping cream
- 300 grams Chocolate fondant
- 50 grams Whiskey (optional)
- Chocolate or cocoa noodles
Preparation of frozen truffles with thermomix
- We put the cream in our thermomix glass
- 4 minutes / 90°C / speed 2
- break the chocolate into pieces and put it in the glass
- 15 seconds / speed 6
- with spatula
- Add the chopped chocolate V6, until it is well crushed. Lower with the spatula towards the blades.
- Add the whiskey (we can remove this step if we don’t want them with alcohol)
- 10 seconds / speed 6
- put the mixture in the freezer
- when it is solid we make the truffle balls, we coat them with chocolate noodles
- We put them in the freezer until consumed
