Preparation of frozen orange cream with Thermomix

1. Before starting we must have all the ingredients very cold, which is why I don’t usually have them in the fridge for a few hours before starting to make it, even to whip the cream I usually put the Thermomix glass in the fridge so that it is very cold and mount the note perfectly.
2. The first thing we are going to do is make the icing sugar if we have not done it yet, so we put normal sugar and program

4. and we keep it in a bowl, for later, if we already had our icing sugar we save this step
5. We put the fresh cream in our glass of cold Thermomix, that the cream is also very cold, we place the butterfly on the blades of our Thermomix and program
6. no time/speed 3 and a half
7. and we let it mount until we see that the sound changes, which will mean that our cream is ready (we can look and verify that it is perfectly done, if we do not continue at the same speed until it is mounted)
8. The next step is to add our yogurt I think and we are going to continue stirring it for which we are going to program

10. The next thing we are going to do is grate the skin of an orange that we will have perfectly clean, for what it uses we will use a grater (it is important to only take the orange part and not the white part of the orange because the white one produces bitterness)
11. We put them together with the cream and yogurt and mix everything again
12. 15 seconds / speed 3
13. Add the icing sugar that we had saved and mix again
14. 20 seconds / speed 3
15. We remove our mixture and put it in crystal glasses that are also very cold
16. we serve and direct the table
