- 4 eggs
- 30 grams of cornstarch
- 50 grams of sugar
- 250 grams of liquid caramel

- for this recipe we will put all the ingredients in our thermomix vas, the milk, the eggs, the cornstarch, the sugar and the liquid caramel and we program
- 12 minutes / 90ºC / Speed 3
- once finished, we return to program but this time without temperature, just to continue stirring while it warms up and cools down
