Ingredients of Apple Gazpacho with the Thermomix

To obtain four servings of this dish, you need to have the following products and quantities:
1 garlic.
Half kilo of apples.
Half kilo of tomatoes.
150 grams of cucumber.
100 grams of onion.
100 grams of olive oil.
25 grams of apple cider vinegar
Salt to taste.

Preparation of Apple Gazpacho with the Thermomix

Once you have gathered all those products, follow these instructions:
Peel the onion, garlic, tomatoes and apples. Then cut them into pieces.
Add all the ingredients in the glass of the food processor and program it to progressive speed 5-10 for about 1 minute.
