Ingredients
- 180 grams of cookies (1 package)
- 70 grams of butter
- 500 grams cream cheese
- 250 grams 35% fat cream
- 5 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- 100 grams fresh cheese
- 80 grams Parmesan cheese
- 200 grams sugar
- 10 grams flour
Instructions
- The first thing to do is to preheat the oven to 190ºC.
- Let's prepare the base

- Let's move on to the filling
- Put the Parmesan cheese in small pieces in our thermomix glass and grind 20 seconds / speed progressive 8-9-10 Add the cream cheese, cream, eggs, fresh cheese, sugar and a pinch of salt and program 2 minutes / speed 5.
- Add the flour and program 2 minutes / speed 5.
- Put the contents in the reserved mold, on top of the cookies.
- Put the cake in the oven at 190ºC for 40-45 minutes (if we like it more liquid we can leave it only 35 minutes, if we like it very curdled 45-50 minutes).
- Remove from the oven and wait for it to cool a little and then put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours before eating.
- Remove from the oven, wait for it to temper and reserve in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
