All Saints’ Day is a special, traditional and emotional date that, among many other things, is associated with different typical dishes. This would be the case, for example, of porridge. But not only those. Now we are going to give you another suitable proposal for that day: the recipe for bones of saint with the Thermomix.

It is a dessert that has its origin in the seventeenth century and is identifying, especially, the autonomous community of Castilla y León.

These are all the products you need to have at home to be able to make four servings:

250 grams of almond flour.
50 grams of egg white
For the yolk sweet:
100 grams of sugar.
6 egg yolks
50 grams of water.
Lemon peel.

Once all these ingredients are gathered, it is time to put on your apron and follow these steps:

The first thing is to start with the marzipan. To do so, pour the almond flour and sugar into the kitchen robot cup. It will be programmed

This time during which you will be adding the egg yolks, which previously have been passed through a sieve.

You will have to pour the result into a dish and let it cool for 3 to 4 hours. In this way you can spread the marzipan, cut it into rectangles, fill them with yolk sweet and turn them into cylinders.
