Today we bring a delicious cream pie to make with thermomix, it is very easy to make and like many of the cakes that we put this very good.

Ingredients
- 500 grams of puff pastry
- 250 grams of milk
- 250 grams of Cream
- 100 grams of sugar
- 50 grams flour
- 5 egg yolk
- 1 lemon
- 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions
- To start We put in the thermomix glass all the ingredients of the filling except for the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick 10 seconds / speed 4
- Place the butterfly on the blades.
- Add the cinnamon stick, and the lemon peel and program 18 minutes / 90º / speed 2
- Spread the puff pastry and line with it the cake mold.
- Remove the lemon peel and cinnamon stick and pour the filling into the mold without reaching the edges.
- Place in the preheated oven at 200º for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Check if the filling is well cooked by inserting a stick that should come out dry.
