250 grams of Swiss chard
3 carrots
600 ml vegetable broth
60 grams of liquid cream
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper

To start the preparation of this great recipe, wash the chard well and cut it into small pieces.
Also, wash the carrots, remove the skins and cut into thin slices.
Subsequently, add the onion cut into pieces along with the garlic cloves into the glass of the thermomix, program.
