Ingredients
- 400 grams of cooked chickpeas
- 3 cans of canned tuna
- 50 grams of onion
- 1 cucumber
- 1 carrot
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 tomatoes
- 30 grams of extra virgin olive oil
- 15 grams of vinegar
- salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation
- in our Thermomix bowl we put the onion, the cucumber and the carrot and the red pepper once washed and chopped and program
- 7 seconds / speed 4
- Add the tomatoes and programs
- 5 seconds / speed 4
- and reserve in the same source as the chickpeas
- we put in our Thermomix bowl (without washing) the extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and program
- 10 seconds / speed 5
- we put the dressing in the bowl with the rest of the ingredients, add the cans of tuna and stir with a wooden spoon and our chickpea salad will be ready
