Instructions
- When you have gathered those ingredients, follow these steps:
- In a bowl you should mix the egg yolks and brown sugar. Reserve it.
- Add the vanilla, cream and milk to the robot's glass. Program at speed 2 / 100º / 7 minutes.
- Then, program again at speed 3/1 minute.
- During that previous programming, slowly pour the contents of the reserved bowl.
- Then, program again at speed 3 / 100º / 2 minutes.
- Pour the brandy and start the Thermomix at speed 3/35 seconds.
- Put the contents of the glass in a bowl and put it in the freezer for at least 12 hours.
