- 500g potatoes
- 50g olive oil
- 2 eggs separating the yolks and whites

Preparation of cod meatballs with thermomix
- We will start by cooking the 500 gr of potatoes in the varoma of our thermomix
- to do this we put 1 liter of water in our Thermomix bowl, peel and wash the potatoes and put them in the varoma and program

- remove the potatoes and reserve
- We put the garlic and parsley in our Thermomix bowl and program

- with the spatula we lower the remains of the sides
